These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hellovip ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any product or service offered through hellovip, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

hellovip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the hellovip platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and govern your use of hellovip. Where there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

hellovip operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account with hellovip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or organisational accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended hellovip account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or close relative of an employee or director of hellovip.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. hellovip uses this information for account verification, identity checks, and fraud prevention purposes. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one account on hellovip. If hellovip identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all such accounts will be suspended immediately. Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided. hellovip may, at its sole discretion, return the player's net deposit balance after deducting any bonus-related winnings.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hellovip login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hellovip support immediately via Live Chat or by emailing support@hellovip. hellovip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their credentials.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hellovip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to selected Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. 3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit at hellovip is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. hellovip reserves the right to apply additional withdrawal limits based on account verification status and responsible gaming considerations.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's hellovip account instantly in most cases. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. hellovip is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays. Once approved, bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. hellovip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

3.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Funds may not be withdrawn while any active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding. hellovip may delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at hellovip are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to eligible players who register using a qualifying method and opt in to the promotion during or immediately after registration.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers — are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time frame specified; any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will expire if the requirement is not met within the deadline.

4.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guideline, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute between 5% and 15%, and sports betting wagers contribute at a rate specified in the individual promotion terms. hellovip publishes full game contribution tables on the promotions page.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

hellovip operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, and coordinated play designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

4.5 Seasonal Promotions

hellovip offers seasonal promotions tied to major events in the Bangladesh cricket calendar and cultural calendar — including BPL season bonuses, ICC T20 World Cup special offers, and promotions for Eid and Pohela Boishakh. Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the hellovip promotions page. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific rules.

5.1 General Obligations

As a player on hellovip, you agree to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and in good faith at all times. You agree not to use the platform in any way that could cause harm to hellovip, its staff, or other players.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on hellovip and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform or its games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using hellovip for any illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hellovip staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

hellovip reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to a breach of these user obligations: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account; forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings; withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation; reporting of fraudulent activity to relevant financial institutions and, where required, to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

6.1 Suspension by hellovip

hellovip may suspend a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, for money laundering, or for any other unlawful purpose. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, make deposits or withdrawals, or participate in games.

6.2 Closure by hellovip

Following investigation of a suspended account, hellovip may elect to permanently close the account. Where closure results from confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, all funds in the account — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited at the sole discretion of hellovip, subject to applicable law.

6.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their hellovip account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@hellovip. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, provided the account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

6.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the hellovip support team and will be actioned immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no new deposits will be accepted. hellovip is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity for adults and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered hellovip players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time-Outs: Temporarily lock your account for a chosen period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks to take a break from gambling.

hellovip enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all players. We conduct age verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

8.1 Platform Availability

hellovip makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses caused by platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

8.2 Game Errors

In the event of a manifest error, malfunction, or misconfiguration in any game — including incorrect odds, pay tables, or bonus calculations — hellovip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the player's stake. hellovip will not be obligated to honour payouts resulting from a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of play.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hellovip shall not be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. hellovip's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your hellovip account, game outcome, bonus, or payment, you must contact our support team in the first instance via Live Chat or by emailing support@hellovip. We aim to resolve all disputes within 72 hours of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, hellovip will engage in good-faith mediation with the player to reach a fair resolution.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hellovip operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own local laws when using the platform.
